With over 20 years at Orica Limited in senior and executive leadership roles across Australia, Asia, and the Americas. Beyond Orica, Adrian has held key executive positions across resources, manufacturing, and technology sectors, specialising in business transformation, commercialisation of new technologies, and go-to-market strategies.

More recently, Adrian has provided strategic consulting to a variety of businesses, focusing on market entry strategies and execution, global channel establishment, and value-based pricing optimisation.
